Kevin J. O'Reilly specializes in hydrogeology, waste site characterization and remediation. He brings over 20 years of experience to every project. A Licensed Site Professional, he was a director of the LSP Association and a member of the Regulations Committee. He chaired the LSPA sub-committee that worked with the MA DEP on first year revisions to the Massachusetts Contingency Plan.
