New OTO PCB Web Page

"PCB Issues" as part of the OTO web site. The purpose of which is to help our clients and others monitor the evolving subject of PCBs inside of buildings. Over the past few years, there has been growing concern about possible risk to building users from PCBs in building materials. Suspect materials include: paint, floor finishes, florescent light ballasts, caulk and more. Do these materials pose actual health risks? Or is this just a case of regulatory over-reaction? The page will contain a mixture of factual reports, opinions and scientific articles.
