Ms. Naugle has an M.S. degree in Natural Sciences (1988) from the State University of New York at Buffalo-Roswell Park Memorial Institute and a B.A. degree in Biology (1986) from Boston University.

 

In 1989, she joined EBASCO Services, Inc. and served as a risk assessor for EPA Superfund and non-governmental risk assessments.

 

In 1991, she joined CDM Federal Programs Corporation, a contractor to EPA, DOD, and DOE, and coordinated risk assessment projects between the NY, NJ, and PA offices. She completed and managed human health and ecological risk assessments at Superfund sites in NY, NJ, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands.

 

In 1997, Ms. Naugle joined Gemini Geotechnical Associates, Inc. as a project manager. At Gemini, she performed risk assessments under the MCP and conducted field explorations as part of MCP and NH DES site investigations.

 

Since joining OTO in 2000, Ms. Naugle has completed and managed MCP risk assessments for internal projects and as a subcontractor to other environmental consulting firms. She has also expanded the company’s risk assessment capabilities in northeastern Massachusetts.
