About Us

O’Reilly, Talbot & Okun (OTO) is a full service environmental, safety, health and geotechnical engineering firm. Started in 1994 by the three principals, the firm now has a full-time staff of 25 with offices in Springfield and Westborough, Massachusetts, as well as Manchester, Connecticut. We have an impressive client list that includes businesses, government and institutions from around New England.

OTO has unique capabilities of interest to prospective clients. The firm has six Licensed Site Professionals (LSPs), three Professional Engineers (PEs), two Licensed Environmental Professionals (LEPs) , a Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH), and a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) on staff. Generally speaking, firms of our size are fortunate to have one or two LSPs.

Our staff includes professionals from scientific, engineering, regulatory and business backgrounds. These diverse backgrounds contribute to our problem solving approach. We define the problem by collecting data and develop a solution that blends regulatory compliance and good business sense. Our clients tell us that our approach, as well as their access to senior staff during the duration of a project, provide an additional level of confidence in our solutions.
